How to make an appointment if I have a disability?

We currently don’t offer salon appointments for those requiring a wheelchair. We have chosen to do this as there are a few access issues which could make it hazardous for you. With your wellbeing in mind we offer a home visit for anyone requiring wheelchair access. Please contact the salon on 0481 537 303 for a mobile booking appointment. 

Can I come in if I have children?

We welcome all from all ages but if you need your quiet time we understand that too. If you want to take the kiddies Feel free to call the salon and we will find a spot so the kiddies can play and be a little louder, not distracting our other guests.

What if I need time out and I just want quiet during my appointment?

Yes, it's called a Silent Appointment. Please don't hesitate to ask for a silent appointment if you're anxious, tired, mentally drained etc. and just want to avoid conversation and have some quiet time.There will be no judgement... there never is. Regardless of the reason, you are always welcome to utilise.this option. YOUR MENTAL HEALTH MATTERS

What does virgin hair mean?

The true meaning of virgin hair is that during its lifetime, the hair has NEVER been coloured, chemically treated or processed in any way. This is what we use at Luxe Haus Hair Boutique.This is imperative for the lasting quality of the hair. Extensions that have been processed are always compromised and never truly look like your own. 

Who can wear Hair extensions?

Anyone can wear hair extensions, as long as their natural hair is approximately 2 inches long or longer.

How much do hair extensions cost ?

Our pricing is not listed online, As our extension prices vary.We offer a complimentary consultation.

We do NOT sell a mass produced product, therefore there are no stock standard prices.The cost of your hair extensions is customized for you.

Prices are determined based on several different factors such as: 

• How Much hair you require.( How many grams of hair you require )

• Colour of the hair 

• Length and width of the wefts you require 

• Type of hair you are wanting and more


Each quote can be tailored specifically to suit your needs. 

Will hair extensions ruin my hair?

We Pride ourselves in keeping up with the most advanced installation methods. We do not use glues, tapes, bonds or any other common techniques that damage your natural hair. Our method is the safest.
